1- turn off the phone by holding the Power button for a few seconds.
2- After the phone is turned off, press and hold Volume Up and Power button for a few seconds. Release all buttons as soon as you see TECNO logo.
3- Wait a few seconds until Recovery Mode appears, Use Volume Buttons to scroll down and Power Button to select.
4- Scroll down to wipe data/factory reset and press it.
5- Scroll down and click yes -- delete all user data to complete hard reset process.
