1. Power off your Nokia 9300 by holding power button.
2. Power it on again, as soon as Nokia Logo appears press and hold Ctrl + Shift + F all at a time and keep holding until as message shows on the screen. (About to format the device. Are you sure?)
3. Release all buttons and click Format button to format your phone. (as shown below)
4. Now hard reset is done and wait for the device to reboot.
