1. Download and lauch
Fire Dongle Alcatel (Alcatel Code Calculator).
2. Write
IMEI and
PID (Provider ID) as shown in the two boxes above. You will find them in the back of your phone.
- For
PID, choose the five last symbols in the back of your phone as shown below.

3. Start your phone without
SIM Card and connect it to the computer then click
Claculate to make appear
NCK codes which are your unlock codes.
4. Restart your phone with
SIM Card then try
NCK codes first by first and your phone will successfully be unlocked.
