How to Perform LG X Power 2 Hard Reset

First method:

1. Switch on LG X Power 2.
2. Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
3. Click General and then Backup & Reset.
4. After that click Reset Phone.
5. Choose Erase Everything to confirm the procedure.
6. Done! Hard reset completed.

Second method:

1. Click and hold Power button to turn off the phone.
2. When the ohone is turned off, press and hold Volume Down and Power button together.
3. If the LG logo is displayed on the screen, release the Power button and keep pressing Volume Down then press Power button one more time.
4. Now, Factory Hard Reset is displayed, it says: "Erase all user data & restore default settings?"
5. Press Yes to continue..
6. Press Power button once more to confirm. The phone will automatically restart.

Check for Updates:
* Settings -> About phone -> System updates -> Check now.
