Step 2: Navigate to this location on your computer: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\Apploader. Then, find the “vendor” file and delete it.

6. In the same folder, find “Loader” and launch it.
Step 4: The software will ask for your PIN code, and it has no PIN code just click next/continue, select whatever
you want to install along with the new OS. Then hit “Next” for a
couple of times, then the loader will begin the actual OS installation
process.
Step 5: Hit “Close” when it's done.
